*2022/23 HIGH SCHOOL Update - Due to our increased volume of sports photography at our contracted schools, we will no longer be able to offer high school panoramic posters for teams which are not contracted.  What that means is that if your high school team needs posters, but another photographer has already been contracted to take your individual & team photos, we cannot provide your team with just the posters.  We will only be offering poster options to our contracted schools.  Our contracted high schools include:  Northfield, Farmington, New Prague, and Kenyon-Wanamingo.   Exception are: Rosemount Trap Team (outside of HS contract) & Lakeville Cheer (Community Ed sponsored).

 

• OPERATING SINCE 1998:  Our studio has been successfully photographing athletic teams since 1998 including: baseball, softball, lacrosse, dance, volleyball, hockey, cheer-leading, ice skating, and basketball.  We photograph thousands of players each year.  We do not hire inexperienced photographers.

• PORTRAIT STUDIO QUALITY:  Our studio is also a portrait studio, so the same care is taken with sports photos as for our quality portraits. Images are color corrected, enhanced, and major blemishes are removed from all players.  All images are individually analyzed and not batch processed.

• TOP OF THE LINE EQUIPMENT: Because we are a professional studio, all of our equipment is top of the line, so the quality of work is always the best.  We only use professional lighting for athletes.

 

• ONLINE ORDERING:  No need for athletes to bring order forms the day of their shoot.  We offer an online ordering system in order to provide parents the ability to not only view their student’s photos prior to ordering, but will be able to order on their mobile device or computer at their own convenience.   Your group will be given a direct link in order to access the gallery by web or text.  A discount code is offered for those who choose to order within 10 days.

 

• HOME DELIVERY:  Because we offer online ordering, parents will have their photos shipped directly to their home which frees up time for coaches and directors as they will not need to distribute photos to the students.

 

• HIGH IMPACT Gray SCREEN FUSION:  We’ve recently switched to high impact gray screen fusion to our sports photography.  This allows athletes to have multiple poses from which to choose, eliminates the extra time needed to organize the group shot, and allows more high-quality team banners.  Eliminating the need for a team shot drastically speeds up the photography time, and allows for missing or late athletes to be added later to the group.  We’ve developed high impact backgrounds for each sport in order to wow the parents.

 

• QUICK SHOOTS:  Because of our extensive photography experience, we are able to shoot a team very quickly, especially with High Impact Green Screen. Fusion Teams will average between 5-30 minutes depending on the size of the team and whether we are shooting in the natural environment, or on green screen. For example, a team of 12 will be complete in approximately 10 minutes. We also have extensive posing experience and are able to help athletes look their best. We believe in offering choices to the players and let them select their own poses which brings out their own personality.

• SCHEDULED AROUND YOUR TEAM:  Since we are local, it’s much easier for us to schedule photo shoots around your team schedules.  Our studio will work around your schedule and come up with the best plan for your teams. We are very flexible. We are available to shoot days, evenings, and weekends. We prefer to set dates at least two to four months ahead of time if possible. Any players missing from scheduled photo dates can choose to come to the Picture This studio for their re-shoot.

• INDOOR OR OUTDOOR:  We are prepared to shoot either indoor or outdoor depending on your preference.  For indoor, we’ve currently switched to High Impact Green Screen Fusion to provide the greatest speed and flexibility. We also only use top quality studio lighting for indoor shots.  For outdoor photos in a natural environment, time will be increased slightly and ordering options will be more narrow than indoor, but if your preference is outdoor, we have you covered with top quality outdoor lighting as well.

 

• UNIQUE BACKGROUNDS:  With indoor sports shoots, we only offer high quality background options with special effects.

 

• FREE RE-SHOOTS:  If anyone is not satisfied with his or her photo, they will receive a free re-shoot either at a following team shoot or they may come to our studio for a custom shoot.

 

• VARIETY OF TEMPLATES AND COLORS:  With our new online system, parents have the ability to choose their own layout and colors based on their preference. They are not confined to one, standard template. The templates are very colorful and appealing.

• VINYL SPORT BANNERS:  We also provide the option to make top-quality vinyl sport banners complete with grommets for hanging. We will photograph players as a group (for outdoor photos) or individually on High Impact White Screen for indoors, and will then make a custom designed banner.. Banners available in 2 sizes and are marked at a discount. Players may also order poster versions of the banners.

 

• ONE WEEK TURN AROUND:  Images will be available to order within one week of the shoot date.  Parents can know immediately when the images are available by choosing to our opt-in automated text message.  Once parents order online, they will receive their order usually within the week.  Their orders will be delivered to their homes so coaches will not need to sort and distribute photos.  Banners will be delivered within one-two weeks.

​

• REBATE PROGRAM:  We offer a variety of rebate programs for teams.  Your rebate program will be agreed upon a head of time. Your rebate can be used to help for your organization's fundraising or to help out players who might not be able to afford equipment.  We will discuss your specific needs when we finalize your program.

​

• COACH HEADSHOTS:  We always offer coach headshots at our photo shoots.  Headshot digital files are free for coaches to use on websites and other uses.

​

• TEAM WEB SHOTS:  We offer team web shots for use on league’s websites. We also provide high quality digital files to newspapers as requested and yearbook staff.

​

• NO CONTRACT REQUIRED: We do not require a signed contract from a league, nor charge a fee to the organization.  We go off of good faith that your league desires our company for your services and will follow through on utilizing our company for the season once it is agreed upon that our company will provide your services.
